A lovely lightweight horn, hand made in Germany by skilled craftsmen using top quality materials and parts made in the Finke workshop.  I know, because last year I visited Johannes Finke’s workshop and saw it for myself!

This horn, Model 66, has nickel silver rotor casings, whereas its slightly less expensive ‘cousin’, the 63, has brass rotor casings.

Weight: 2.33 kg / 5 lb 3 oz

Adjustable finger hook

Adjustable position and angle of the thumb (4th valve) lever.

Further details: a really wonderful and versatile hand-made double horn. The build quality and craftsmanship are both absolutely superb. Every pitch is exactly where you expect it to be, the rotor action is smooth, light and positive, and the immense potential range of tonal shading is awesome.

A totally beautiful horn in every way.

NB: Price information and comparison: an equivalent horn with similar specification, if made by one of several well-known European horn makers, would cost at least £3000 more than this one!
